Testing the hydroponics mammoth tent (6mx3m)

Hello

Doc from kj products ask me to test the mammoth tent
Of course I said yes

First i pick up the mammoth tent

It comes in a big box (125kg) but you pick it up easy with two man

Alsow i pick up some soil and 5 big conainers (+80L)

The lamps i'm going to use are from lumatek and have 600 watt of power and a power switch of 10% extra power

And alsow i going to use the new reflector :) :) :)

Wen i pick them up they arrived the first day
More than 50 pices brand new from the factory

Then i drive to a&t trading and bought a cooling system for in the tent

On the way home the police close the highway on both sides
They pick cars out of the line and check them with dogs , gouverment and customs

I was scared ...my car was full of grow materials
The seat next to me i have 5 lumatek refelectors :(
And on the backseat the cooling system in boxes

When they spot me the grow is over!
Lucky it was dark...
A cop let me by :)
Quick i dive home

The next day i woke up very happy
Today i put the mammoth tent together

Building the mammoth tent

First I put all parts together

Then the groundsheet

The building instructions are clear and good writen
writen is not the wright word it's signed

Then was the frame next

The middle piece

All fit perfect

Then the roof

Then comes the real work!
Zipping the tent

First the top

Then the side
it's 1 piece and 18m long!

And ready 1.5 hour later..

The tent looks very strong and good construction
Me and a frend do pullups on the tent (150 kg together)

Soon i show how to build the cooling system...

No it's not airconditioning
I use a filter then a softbox 3000m3 , channelheater 3kw, water cooler at0-315 , airbox and air distribution hoses
You can let the system run on tap water or a water source
I use tap water

Or do you need to exhaust less air cuase of the cooling system?

Sorry for the delay
I was very busy

Here come a quick story of the building and the first weeks of grow

First i make the controller in the tent and plug everything into the controller
Here i'm testing the controller

Then the lamps on the roof
I'm using 5x 600 watt of lumatek power

Then the gold label substrate in the pot

4 of the 5 pots (80L soil a pot)

And now the cooling system...
I bought it by a&t trading in holland ( )

I'm using a 3000m3 filter

A 3000m3 soft box

A 3000watt channel heater

And the ato-315 cooler

And as last the airbox

Everything hangs on chains

Now i can put everting together , close up and connect the hoses to the airbox

Then i connect het water connections

Testing the system...

The system only controls the temperature

And that does it very well
Every temp i put in the controller is easily achieved

Alsow i turn the lamps a bit :rofl

And then i'm ready for the lady's

A week ago they are i belive you call it supercrop ? (fimmen in dutch)

Putting them into the soil

Now the first week of grow is started

Alsow i put a datalogger in the tent :)

The channel heater is not on during the day...

3 days later...

Temp in the tent is 27-28 degrees

The next update is from week 2 of the grow
