Thanks for tagging along and welcome!

This is my first grow log and I’m excited to see what transpires. Huge thanks to everyone on here for a wealth of knowledge.

Special thanks to @Captspaulding for the Cali Blues and @FloridaMike for the Northern Lights and Hashplant.

For this grow I’m using a combination of soils due to the unavailability of more than 2 of anything up here. I’m using ProMix Organic, Mother Earth Groundswell, and G&B Blue Ribbon Organic. I’m not an organic grower so whatever medium is available at that time all becomes Mega Crop in the end

For Veg, I’ll be using Greenleaf Nutrients Mega Crop. For Bloom, I’ll be using a combination of Mega Crop, Sea-K, Sweet Candy, Bud Explosion, and I have CalMag always at the ready.

The light used for the Hashplant solely will be a Phlizon PH-D6, which was so graciously provided by @PhlizonGrowLight. The rest will receive their illumination from the Phlizon FD-4000.

The Bambinas for this run are:

Cali Blues

Northern Lights

Hashplant

As you can see, I’m trying my hand at Mainlining with all of the plants except for the Northern Lights. Those gals will simply grow without training the way they were intended.

A little bit about the grow room…

I’m using a Tuff Shed that was in the backyard of our house that’s been converted to what I affectionately refer to as the “space lab” from the Mylar sheeting on the walls. After this run the Mylar will be removed and the walls will be painted white.

As mentioned in the title, I’m growing in the Southern Sierra mountains just outside of Sequoia. We have extreme weather and all four seasons on high

Since I played lighting Tetris this morning, I’ll give an honorable mention to the Liberty Haze plant that I have growing in the house from Barney’s. This closet is more of a test space and I won’t post regular updates on this one.

Awesome! Thanks for the tag: ) I’ll definitely follow along my friend!

Sweet freakin shed! I like the idea of a test area, that’s cool!
Dude amazing views, seems very peaceful, even with the extreme seasons.

Not much going on up this way. Winter storm hit in the early hours so It’s been light snow all morning.

Gals are happy (for the most part).

Hashplant got a trim right after the move and she’s steaming right along.

Cali Blues only stalled for about a day before new growth could be seen.

The NL’s are a little angry. Clearly they were not as happy about watering time as the others were but they’ll get over it. They received the same amount as the others but the soil (Blue Ribbon) doesn’t drain as quickly as the others and holds more water. All good things in all good time.

All in all pretty happy so far with the @PhlizonGrowLight beams. The FD4000 is a major upgrade to what I was using before so It’s cool to have one less thing to worry about. The Dual Channel PH-D6 is a workhorse as well and stays cool to the touch, even after 18 hours of straight use.

Thank you very much and welcome! My wife and I love the Sierras too. It was an adjustment for the family to go from Southern California to Narnia but I don’t foresee moving off this mountain in anything less than a stretcher

I think he is just down the road from one of the trail heads leading into the back country of Sequoia! A major grunt , but worth every painful step! Magical place!

Haha I’ll tell you a funny story about one of the trailheads out here. Last year I was driving back into the Kern River Valley from Bakersfield. I had just passed the Democrat Helipad turnout when this big a** redwood mutha comes running out from this trail and throws three or four massive black bags in the back of a beat to death pickup. He sped out of there and blew past me with random a** fan leaves flying everywhere. I almost s*** myself laughing because I haven’t seen a bush grow in years since it legalized so I can only believe that Paul Bunyan lifted the goods and bounced.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who uses these but these yard staples are really useful for training. I like these way better than the garden ties I’ve used.

Happy Sunday Evening! Nice weather prevailed this weekend and we got a nice splash of the 70’s.

Hashplant is a little piggy when it comes to water. I’m going to have to run plumbing for flower.

Cali Blue are stretching out and growing after their trim.

Northern Lights are both doing better now. Seems like one had a bit of a temper tantrum when she got moved but the choices are few: grow or mulch.

I have high hopes () for these girls. When they were topped the growth slowed but never stalled out. Before they were topped the growth was more explosive by the day so

Morning check in! Got everything watered in yesterday. Some food some recharge (the baby CBs got nothin)

The further along looking HK doesnt have the bud structure i was hoping for but the the other HKs that look further behind, have awesome bud structure and potential size.

Im wanting to get the Train Wrecks along with he NL86’ and solo HKs with the HK in promix into flower in another few weeks (maybe) the train wrecks have awesome structure! : )

Nice little curveball with our temps today. I’ll take mid-70’s any day of the week.

Bambinas got fed and held out today while we had a power outage. At least I still kept a window option in the grow shed for shitola like that. Second full saturation since transplant with 5 grams of Mega Crop and 2 grams of CalMag per gallon. I like to mix mine the night before and leave the cap cracked so any chlorine can evaporate. I feel like the Mega Crop mixes in better with an overnight waiting period but I’m weird. Don’t mind me.
