A coffee bean can not be infused like that exactly but you can amend it.
It can be infused with horrible flavors like vanilla or hazelnut. Why the hell would you want to take away from glorious bitter coffee i have no idea.

That is probably the infusion. If you concentrate weed enough you can put a drop on your tongue.
I forgot tinctures...they are easier to add to coffee.

The second one. That said, prepared and cooked foods tend to work faster. I make a banana bread and it comes up in about 30-45mins whereas when i just eat straight oil it takes an hour to an hour and a half. Coffee takes like an hour to be fully kicked in for me anyways though. Everybody's different, especially with weed and eating it.
