I have been eyeing that livers, i have another big buddha too. I decided on these to continue the search for some real vintage funk . I have a good feeling about the one I just dunked .
You're right though. I gotta get them going quick, before they hash burger out paces them.

This run is a deliberate study in contrast, pitting the heaviest, most savory funk of modern and vintage cannabis genetics against the ethereal, uplifting fog of timeless sativas and artisan breeding. Four distinct cultivars, four radically different growth habits, all sharing a single indoor space.

We are stripping things back to basics where it counts, growing in a rich organic soil medium hoping to maximize the terpene profiles, while utilizing modern LED lighting to push these genetics to their absolute limit.

The Lineup
Blue Cheese (Vintage Selection) : The undisputed pinnacle of UK funk. Hand-selected from a vintage library by a true cheese connoisseur, the Fromage Archivist himself @Itscheese94, this legendary Big Buddha lineage promises stocky, resin-drenched buds and that unmistakable, pungent, old-school aroma.

Blue Dream (Artisan Cut from @Captspaulding ): Built entirely from scratch, this is true artisan breeding at its finest. Stabilized meticulously from landrace heritage upward, this version promises to redefine the classic berry haze experience.

Amnesia Haze (@homegrowncannabisco ) : The timeless, soaring legend. A classic sativa that brings a soaring, electric headspace to the garden. It represents the ultimate "fog" in this tent; stretchy, demanding, and utterly rewarding.

The Challenge
Managing this tent will be a masterclass in canopy control. With the stocky, fast-flowering frames of the Blue Cheese and Hash Burger sharing a footprint with the wild, stretching architecture of the Amnesia Haze and the vigorous Blue Dream, low-stress training and careful light management will be our daily bread.

The soil is amended, the LEDs are dialed in, and the tent is sealed. Let the growth begin.

The Strain Update:

Livers x Zkittles:
I still have the vintage cheese beans lying in wait, hoping they pop, but to keep thing moving and stay on-track I popped a Livers x Zkittles (I think they're calling Zkittles "Original Z" now for copyright reasons...).

The lineage:
-Livers (Blues) is a mythical clone-only hybrid from Sheffield, Yorkshire, emerging in the late ’80s/early ’90s post-Skunk #1 era. Famous for its loud, fruity-berry funk and intensely pungent aroma, it delivers a balanced hybrid high: uplifting cerebral energy, creativity, and inspiration with mellow body relaxation. It’s pure northern English regional pride, passed through trusted prohibition-era networks.

-Zkittles brings some modern California genetics. It's an indica-dominant strain known for explosive tropical candy, sweet berry, and fruity Skittles-like flavors, vibrant purples, and dense resinous buds. Its effects are euphoric, happy, and deeply relaxing.

The cross:
This Livers x Zkittles seed promises the best of both worlds: the loud, funky berry depth and hybrid vigor of the UK Blues lineage, sweetened and colored up by Zkittles’ candy profile. I’m expecting pungent, fruity-skunky aromas with tropical berry candy notes on the exhale. I’m hoping aged cheese and skunk meeting rainbow Skittles. Structurally, it should show strong growth with good yields, colorful buds, and that resilient hybrid punch.



Amnesia Haze, on the other hand, is a sativa-dominant legend (80% sativa) born in the Netherlands in the 1990s. Amnesia Haze dominated Amsterdam coffee shops and won multiple Cannabis Cups.

It combines Thai x Afghani x Hawaiian x Jamaican x South Asian Indica x Cambodian x Haze (I believe Neville’s influence.)

Typical traits of Amnesia Haze:
Aroma/Flavor: Bright citrus bomb — lemon, lime, orange with earthy, spicy, incense undertones.

Growth: Tall, stretchy structure with long 12–14 week flowering and massive yields.

Effects: Intensely uplifting, euphoric, creative, and energizing cerebral high with a psychedelic edge. The classic “amnesia” motivation and sociability.


Both seeds are still in the germination stage, tucked away and just beginning their journey. The anticipation is already high knowing what these genetics can deliver. I’m expecting the Livers x Zkittles to show strong hybrid vigor and the Amnesia Haze to display its classic sativa explosiveness once they sprout.

I'm excited about all of these strains! The livers is one I've been wanting to try since you sent it. The amnesia is one I've smoked a bunch, but never grew. 14week flower should be worth it!.
