I guess you must have missed the opening paragraph....

If you refuse a breathalyzer test, you will most likely face serious consequences. Those consequences are just not worth it because one wants to develop a false sense of bravado.

Yes refusing will look bad, but when you have a Jewish lawyer its worth the risk vs the cops having concrete evidence. growing up in a family of defense lawyers its what you can prove in court what matters not if you are guilty or not. best arguments wins cases...
