She is trash.......end of story.....Now suing the city.....I hope you go out of business for the foreseeable future.
Who cares what she is or how she acts.
This is a matter of law, and her case looks quite strong from my vantage point. One of the best things about law [used to be] is that character assaults were mostly disallowed--only really ever coming in to evidence during murder and rape trials.
That's because attacking a person doesn't make the thing they are saying wrong, and it never will. You have to prove the thing itself wrong--it's just how logic works.
I know logic might seem a bad word to use to describe the legal system these days--but that is the idea behind it, even if they fail to execute a lot of the time.
To my knowledge, cities in no state have laws/ordinances which circumvent their state constitution excepting for instances where the constitution allows for such control to be exercised by the cities.
Its not that hard to understand.
