Growing perpetually is neat but damn if it doesn't take up your time. I'm looking at each tent constantly. Maybe it's because I just started doing this and I'll get it all down to the point that it doesn't take that long. Until then, here's a chronic-le of my journey.

I use RO water with the GH Flora trio doing my own formula using all three along with calmagic. Coco coir in 4 gallon fabric pots. 100 cfm fans in each of the three tents attached to carbon filters that run in ductwork to a 3 to 1, which then runs to a 200 cfm fan. Each tent also has an 8" oscillating fan and a humidifier or dehu depending on stage of the plants. All 3 tents are in a lung room that stays around 45 rh and 68 degrees.

Tent 1: 2-Jack Herer auto fems from Seed King
2-300w hydrocrunch LEDs veg/bloom switches
Day 50 of perpetual light
Week 3 of flower.

Tent 2: 2-Jack Herer auto fems from Seed King
600w growmol led veg/bloom dials
Day 43 of perpetual light
Week 1 of flower.

Tent 3: 1-Bubblegum photoperiod bag seed
600w kind led
Day 27 of 18/6 light sched

Pics are of tent 1, 2, 3, then some buds from tent 1

Really nice work there! And i had to chuckle about you time comment. I havent had a day off really for the 6 years i have been growing. I started staggering the plants for weekly and bi weekly harvests and never stopped planting. Lol.

Dang , nice buds going .... i love the bubblegum , old school , favorite almost always in my stable , got a bunch of serious seeds still in my vintage box along with some kali mist....
Its my belief that bubblegum is the backbone for loads of the new strains with so many names that i cant keep up....
Why didnt these folks just keep the good bubblegum going.....

So much for hopes of ever having free time 🤷
At least it's time well spent and even the grooming is therapeutic.

It's like anything. They had to put their spin on a good thing. Part of me is glad because trends lead to happy discoveries, but it has taken us away from some of the good old school strains. I'm having a hard time finding strains of some of the stuff I remember from back in the day. At least there's no shortage of choices.

Noticed rust spots that look like a magnesium deficiency today. Dosed with a full strength dose of nutes along with about 250ppm Epsom salt.
Plucked a lower bud tonight because it wasnt gonna get big and I wanted to study it.
Pics are of rust spots and some yummy calyx porn. Taken with my magnifier

Tent one is days away from harvest. Spotted some Amber trichomes. See if you can spot them too. I'll water with ph'd water and BSM for the next three days, lights off for two of those days, then chop. Hoping to be hung no later than Saturday.

Today was a long but enjoyable day. I chopped Alpha and Bravo and they are hanging in the same tent they grew in at 72 degrees and 52% humidity. Once I removed the fans and did a light wet trim, the buds looked impressive for my first grow. I have yet to weigh them but have already exceeded my hopes for my first run.
Tent 2 - Charlie is looking decent with plenty of bud sites. Bud development is perhaps a bit slow. Delta, however, is so packed full of trichomes already that I have really high hopes for her. Fan leaves are even full of trichomes despite the buds only being maybe an inch around.
I took the lights from tent one and combined them in tent 2 to give Charlie and Delta a total of 1200 watts.
Tent 3 - Echo is getting massive and showing some stretch. Applied a scrog and did LST. Will take clones maybe Tuesday. Also had two new seeds pop today, Foxtrot (super lemon haze auto fem) and Golf (girl scout cookies auto fem). Can't wait to see what these strains are capable of. Attached are a few pics of the harvesting and the two new girls.

Nice stuff! pretty looking plants you've grown there. There's no such thing as a day off with a perpetual harvest. I worry about if I should happen to get sick for a few days with the flue. I'd have to be down there with puke bucket in hand making sure at least my girls were healthy.

Lol. Try it for 3 months without putting weight on your right leg or actually bending. ;-)

Then keep going while you recover (or not).

Is that a poster of Keystone Light on your wall? Fucking priceless haha. Good on you with the harvest. I love growing perpetually, but without some automation, no vacations haha. My lady doesn't enjoy that aspect. I picked up some gibberellic acid and have soaked some seeds in a solution. Thank you again for the heads up on where to source it! Positive vibes...

My grow room has taking over my brewery so I am somewhere between beer and weed at all times lol. I have tin and mirror beer signs on all the walls and two kegerators if I get thirsty.

I had to quit growing for that very reason It got increasingly harder to move over a 12 year period where I was first told I needed a hip replacement and the first one getting done then wheelchair bound before the second hip 3 years later. Heavier meds were required to the point of stupor and delusions. fked up that hydromorph and fentanyl combo. I had ghosts, talking to me, shaking me awake, taking my food& drink all the while scratching the shit out of myself. It was a fun time....not,.... funny thing they all went away when my 2nd hip was done and I got off the combo buzz. 😁

Well I spoke out of turn. ;-)

I keep forgetting how injured our group is.

Well, mom's hip replacement is healing and I'm back to having some time. Updates!
The harvest from tent one totalled 162g. Alpha has a deep purple color with a fresh, clean scent like Irish spring without the soapy smell. Bravo smells like strawberry and cheese toaster pastries! Best smell ever, but slightly less thc than alpha.
Tent 1 now has a super lemon haze and a girl scout cookie growing in 4 gallon pots that are a couple weeks into veg. Also, two seeds in solo cups germinating, both girl scout cookies. They are going to replace Charlie and Delta, the two Jack Herers that are in tent two.
Tent 2 is very close to harvest. Charlie remains low on trichomes but the nugs still have all white hairs and are just getting bigger. Some nugs are as big around as a baseball. Delta's buds remain slightly smaller but with over 60 colas that's no surprise. I'm still absolutely amazed at her trichome production. There's not a spot on her I can touch without coming away sticky and smelling amazing. Plus, she's showing purple like alpha did so I'm expecting some tremendous thc content in this medicine.
Tent 3 the photoperiod bubblegum has seen some serious LST, scrogging, defoliating and lollipopping and she never quits. Not one sign of deficiency or excess nutes, never bothered by any training at all, she's been growing about two inches a day. I switched her to 12/12 about a week ago and I'm about done messing with her. Definitely saw some pistols so no fear of this bag seed being a male. I do fear that the plant will get so big that my tent will run out of room and I'll light burn buds. I may transplant her to tent 1 since it's 6 inches taller and has a bloom setting on the hydro crunch lights as opposed to the kind LEDs.
Here's some pics
