The tops look done early

I'm at 7 weeks on these. I'm thinking the tops are done early. It's says the strain takes 62-70 days. I'm at 50. Should I wait or cut the tops off an dry and cure them now. I can never be sure when to cut them. What do you guys suggest I do.

I would let them go. They look like they still have work to do. Looking at the trichs would confirm, but those don’t look quite there to my eye. Cheers
