Good to know, I hadn’t done a deep dive into the subject , I was hoping to get some direction here before investigating myself but interesting! Thanks for the feedback, i will probably try it on a few outdoor plants this spring and maybe one or two control plants inside. I use compost tea often so I’m sure there are plenty of good microbes in the soils. But it was just something I was wondering if anyone here has messed with it
Commercial urea is made from ammonia but you can make your own using piss. Seriously. Dilute it and age it. You can do the same with rabbit urine as well. Just be sure to dilute it and let it rest. I’ve actually tested ph on mine and my rabbits piss fresh, diluted, aged. Diluting and aging makes a difference. There is a lot of research being done on its bioavailability and salinity. It’s rather interesting stuff.

Oh shit, someone on here was fascinating about creating his own line of nutrients with piss. Surprised he hasn’t chimed in here yet.

It's been done for years and years, my dad called it liquid gold, they are just now confirming what was known. Human piss has a pH of around 6 (fresh) and the pH increases as it's aged because of breaking down of cellular structures in the piss. It has a rough NPK of 11-1-5 (I may be off there I don't know if I am recalling correctly), varies person to person and what you eat and drink. But still good for plants. Naturally if you're chock full of pharma meds that are excreted in urine you may have to think about that and what it's impact would be. For an organic, sustainable fert, piss on it. Well, in it.

I'll have to look at my research files again to see what the rabbits values were cause I don't remember other than their piss is more calcified than human (mostly). Which I already knew.

What is up everyone?! Been busy the last few days. Had to check in whit y'all here's a picture of my stargazer amaryllis

I'm surprised how easy it is to keep these alive and around for a few years, this is the second year with this, and it's going strong, I'm going to try to keep it going for as long as I can

I read about pee when I started prepping properly.
After much deliberation we decided to use red wigglers and EWC with burn piles and composting for nutrients.
As long as you still have the materials there are a lot of simple preps for hard times that do not take a lot of time to spool up.

I'm gonna pass on this one and stick with Master Blend🤣

I feed my rabbits largely off what we produce. In turn they feed me and my black soldier flies who in turn feed my chickens and the EW, who in turn feed the bacteria, who in turn feed the plants.

My first plant was a bag seed that sprouted in the pissing corner. It was small and produced one bud that fit in a baby food jar and it was one awesome bud.

My friend had one of those sunroofs and a bird got in the house. The sunroof was above the void at the stairs case. Two hours later and we finally got it out the house.

Ordered a trial pack of some cropsalt, and decided to order a trial pack of flora flex. I am going to have a head to head nutrient battle here soon between the two on two plants, same strain, same growing techniques, only difference is nutrients. Had a buddy suggest trying trial packs before replacing my nutrients in bulk, and I completely agree. Here in a few months I will post the nutrient battle between the two

It is a pain in the a$$ to clean. Not only do you got to clean the inside you got to climb on the roof to get the outside, and in the summer it's just like having a magnifying glass, causes a lot of heat. Only thing I like it for is my house plants for winter

The counterfeit fragrances found contained human piss. They weren’t sure why but suspected it was for ph reasons.
