I’ve had better success lately with seedlings by having a humidifier constantly running around them. I’m not in the desert but during winter and early spring the humidity falls below 20% quite often in my house. Adding the humidifier has helped keep it around 65% rh , seedlings definitely look happier than normal grows without the humidifier.

We get single digit humidity, I wake up some mornings feeling like Sponge Bob out of water.

10 gallon fish or reptile tank with a seed mat and sheets of glass that fit over the top make a pretty good seed box. It's mainly for clones... I pop seeds outside unless it's the dead of winter.

I learned to pick wild mushrooms from hippies. First you identify, then you confirm with a spore print. "Black, purple and blue, these will do. But orange, white or brown, put them down." We would also carry a field identification guide because there was no internet yet There was a really good book from the ,70's but can't remember the name. You don't want to do it if you don't know what you're doing, unless you know someone willing to donate you part of their liver.

That’s a great use of an old fish tank. Right now I’m 1:3 on outdoor germination, coco and perlite in a solo cup with a McDonald’s cup as a humidity dome. We’ve had a good stretch of nice weather come to an abrupt stop now it’s looking like overnight lows in the forties and highs in the upper fifties with rain though memorial weekend. But don’t worry the weather gets nice as soon as the three day weekend is over

Hey Marty I'm going to be out in the Boston area the first week of September and spending a week out there visiting family. I might want to sneak off and take a drive up your way as I've got a couple cousins with vacation properties up your way. As we get closer I'll reach out and see if a meet up is possible.

We went to an old place that was a restaurant on the middle of a neighborhood without any other business around it had been there since the 30’s it’s called Denly Gardens old world pizza. The food was all made from scratch really good pizza , I’ve been craving it all week now, nothing local around here compares.

The place we always went to to pick up bar style pizza when I was growing up was a little dive bar on a 5-way corner over in Randolph called Lynwood Cafe. They've been firing up that old pizza oven almost every day since 1949.

Cape Cod Cafe isn't the same quality at all locations. If you want their authentic bar pizza, go to the Brockton location. This is according to my pizza snob relatives.

I am going to be creating a grow journal this time so if anyone wants to tune in keep a look out. I am waiting on some new build a soil tracking before I soak the seeds. The tent is lonely, quiet, and boring so I hope to have something going by end of week or early next week… depends on the soil and those bhp seeds. I can never do just one strain so if those aren’t here I got others to choose from but I really really really really really really want to run the blueberry and blackberry together for obvious reasons.View attachment 2629107

Got my Seed Supreme bag Tuesday germinated and already pop out of Marine sprout soil. 2 Mazar 2 Sour Diesel and freebies 3 Early Skunk. All going in ground in a month. Hope not too late for S.D. and Mazar, we'll see how October goes

Yea don’t pick the wrong ones could end up in a real bad way the gold tops we have like a little nipple on top and the stem bruises blue that’s how we tell but the varieties near u could be different so if your not 100% sure just leave em alone
