Top of the morning sir! Happy thay the irrigation finally worked as it should.
Badass! It’s great when best laid plans work. Your making me want to try wool cubes for my next clone run. They seemed to bounce back faster than they do in my box. Can you use gel with those? Or should you use powder?

Can use gel or powder for sure, I don't use any rooting agent for cloning anymore, not needed imo. With clonex they pump out more roots for sure but success rate and time for roots is exactly the same ime.

Makes sense, I don’t use anything in the box either, and as long as the spray array isn’t plugged anywhere they always make it. If it doesn’t change the timing…..well alright. Asked and answered!

I use a light feed for the cloning solution tho 550us, preferably GH maxi Bloom that has buffers in it and maintain ph really well for a prolonged period of time.
I also find that not using domes the clones hardening process is so much faster (even non existent), they never droop, and are aways ready for transplant as soon roots show.

Oh I never use a dome. They are counter productive imho.

*in the corner learning* hell yea I'm learning cloning in this thread!
The main thing is being clean when cutting them, clean everything with 70% alcohol and the brand new razor blades clean with alcohol after every cut. Zero contamination means higher success rate, also use very dim light for the clones while they root (6200k 30 to 45w twister fluorescent lights works wonders for me for 20+years) 24/7 lights on.

Another tip is to cut at 45 angle near a side branch division of the clones, also lower branch's of the plant has more natural rooting hormones, I always cut from way down there, branch's that I would clean out before flowering anyway.
Try to.maintain 21-25c temperature range as best as you can, they will root from 1 week to 3 weeks depending.on cultivar.

On the high side of the cut, I scape about an inch worth of bark exposing the inner layer to water. Helps rooting along nicely as well…..

I’m an Occam’s razor dude myself. Murphy can fuck off.

I agree but "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, and at the worst possible time." Is fucking very true, usually when you have no money or means to fix it asap LOL

Man, that dude is a prick of epic proportions, didn’t mean to invoke his shitty name on your killer thread, I’ll be sure to grab his ass by the collar and take him with me…..

But i have my own law to counteract Murphy mofo, if it's a problem I can't fix, it automatically becomes a non existent problem 😂🤪😂🤪
