Wat is a high slat issue?ah I see it's supposed to say salt is that right?.
At first I thought you meant u had a dirty old slatern who was high on crack or something.lol
hahaha i know saw it later on yes it was meant to say salt.. if the slats were too high i wouldn't be able to get the mattress on the bed lol.:D

Might be in the pudding , but certainly not in them 8 l bottles ,,, lol I'll stick to my faithful machine ,,,
Each to his own mate I can tell u now the bottled water we got wasn't no 800 ppm and ro water is flat as fuck and tbh I don't know enough about it the gnome would have been the man for that but he's rarely around all I can tell u is my experience in spain what u do with that is up to u I guess

Mank dank I was thinking over what u said earlier on about not letting coco dry out even during veg but wen I think about doing that to a plant my mind runs that scenario in my head and I always see the same problem.how are you going to get a strong root system if it never gets to dry out?im no coco expert but I know in pure coco I don't think that would work.the plant would end up damped off or am I missing something obvious?

That was my thoughts but plants won't damp off until the oxy in the water is gone so feeding a 20%run off each day will stop that from happening and all this bs a keep hearing about letting plants dry out or roots won't grow IMHO is insane and again imo roots will only grow where it's wet and won't grow where it's dry I've seen this in pots in the past last time was in spain after the 1st run over there the guy wasn't watering enough and and basically just wetting the top and not letting it run through and when we was pulling the stem and root out is was just like a cake at the top of the pot hope this helps clear it up bro

My best tip on watering plants in soil or coco tbh is never give em more than they can drink in 3 days that's when the oxy in the water is rapid depleting in your medium that's when damping off and the starts of pythium start kicking in so I always start em in small pots so I can get the whole medium saturated so there is no restrictions for the roots then they go in big pots and away

Coco and air pots for the win bee.I water daily if they need it or not.it's all about keeping that buffet fully stocked and letting them pick and choose what they want at any given time

Air pots u say?is that the fabric pots Or the plastic ones with all the wee nubs on the outside?same question though, doesn't the constant wet coco slow root growth?im getting conflicting advice-keep soaked the whole time or let dry occasionally through veg?i just like to know how roots in soil absolutely detest permanently wet soil but roots in coco don't?
Also iv noticed a different in how roots grow in soil and roots grown in either coco or hydro.the roots I see in soil have mega fuzzy hairs whereas plants in coco or hydro don't have the hairs but grow with that ladder like effect were there's the main root which haswee roots growing horizontally across it giving the ladder look.has anyone else noticed that or am I just doo-lolly?

Lol :) bro trust me just try it and see for your self. like I said earlier don't think of coco as soil think of it as hydro and the airpots I use are plastic the 1s limo uses are cloth and the 1s thunder uses are plastic but diffrent than mine I belive there called hurc pots. IMHO the plastic are slightly better than the cloth for a couple of reasons but that's not the subject. if u keep your pots wet and don't allow for enough run off chances are your guna get damping off like u mention but if u allow enough it's enough to replace the oxy in the medium which prevents this it's a fine line and is why I defo recommend setting up a cheap dripper run to waste if u can or if u can't recirculating if u already have a something u can use for a res u could probably do the rest for very little money

Hey guys, how the hell is everyone? Freakin' weird, I hadn't been on this thread much for a while now, haven't been on much period really, and suddenly I started getting random alerts for it out of the blue, then I start coming on a little and posting and suddenly I don't get any alerts for it. WTF?! :banghead: lol

Love google salam aleycum = "Peace be to you;
Huh, I always thought it was "peace be with you". What the hell do I know? I don't speak Muslim. lol

Veg incredibly. Getting a sulphur burner, uvc light and some sprays
The light is the 1 bro we had it real bad in spain and we borrowed 1 of them lights and it killed it in 1 sitting. Sulphur burner would work in veg too but they stink. Defo the light for the win

Sweet. Going to order it now. I've got the pm at an offsider with a pal, it's his first grow. He let a plant dry out in coco and it nearly died. I tried to save it but I think it was so weak that it got the PM. Spread to nearly everything else in the room. Absolutely gutted

Yea it's a cunt like that I would get 1 of them lights pull all the really bad shit off and I reckon that will do it. it worked for us anyway. they guy we had at the farm was trying all sorts until I got over grabbed a light and it nailed it in 1 sitting and never seen it again. if it's the same brand as the 1 we borrowed there's a video on it

Have u tried to hire 1 from your local shop the gaff in spain wanted a €200 deposit and it was €17 a day to hire we only needed it for 1 day and done 10 xxl tents with it and a 25 to 30 sqm court yard with it in a few hours. its like how many times do u get pm if it's more than once in a blue moon then that's too much and I'm taking it from u asking about the best way to kill it u don't get it too often either so a hire might be quicker and cheaper :)
