It's hard giving a time depends on a lot of factors when I used to put 16 under 1 light I used 7.5 ltr pots 4 rows of 4 prick the tops as soon as there is 4 nodes so 4 main branches form let them get about 10" long and flip em using this method I would pull no less than 22 oz and upto 26 oz average per light hope that helps bro also I would just use standard pots no need for air pots when doing a lot of plants like that also don't feel the need to top em that was just my preference when I was doing jobs like that they was big jobs and with just 4 main cola and no bits of shit they was easy to trim :)
i like to feed 5 times a day haha but I'm not doing it by hand so its easy.

If I was using drippers with 3.5l I would probably put 25 in 5 rows of 5 and flip em I would also be careful what strain I used I would lean towards a strain with big cola rather than strains that produce a lot of small buds same again this is my own personal preference and tailoring for your own needs is what your looking for :)
Sounds good to me. Are you adding an aeration medium to your coco? I mix about 40% perlite or super soil aerator and 60% coco. Again this helps me to up my feed rates and also increases oxygen in the root zone.
