haha no they are terrible pics to be honest. this yeti seems pretty fussy to me, i don't think she likes my cachandedness. no doubt she will be a top smoke, she smells great. i have 2 cuts of a different pheno in veg at the moment and they are seriously unhappy. I'm thinking this is a sensitive strain, everything else is fine.

the whole order of the wagyu was nearly a grand mate, to get the rib, fillet and choice cuts u had to order shin and lesser cuts. i made vietnamese beef stew with the shin, it was unreal.

check out the marbling. i gave a bit to the dog and he acted like it was crack.

i go by the french technique for meat - 1 minute rest for every minute of cooking. makes all the difference.
