Wgich indicates that your soil pH is around 6.6, pretty much optimal. Keep em on the diet you started and they should be fine.

One thing though (still getting my head around ph`ing etc so bear with me) if it went in at 6.0 and came out as runoff at 6.3 then how do you work out from that that my ph is likely to be 6.6?

I had a similar situation a few years back, wanted to trade a few of my pills for something and the guy's sitting there snorting lines of coke, all wired and saying, "I don't know man, that's bad shit." Morons.
