Hmm I gave a pal some amnesia babies and he dropped off the finished bud and some blue dream yesterday. He's a dwc grower like I used to be and the difference in quality between pebbles and coco is so obvious in sativas.

Yeah, the format here is much better. I haven't been spending shit for time over there, I need to do my SFL thread for my buddy who gifted me those beans but, I don't see me doing much over there after that.

Now, I had a similar conversation with a bloke a few years back, and he reckoned the same thing but said it used to be Roadkill Skunk that was touted as the original Cheese and Exodus/Brightside are crosses of the RKS and have taken over as they flower a week or so quicker, im quite inclined to believe it as well as Cheese just doesnt seem to have the dead skunk mustiness it used to have and is now quite a bland strain to smoke etc, quite luckily I havent smoked much Cheese over the last few years as sick of it and always other options for sale down here etc

Gotta disagree with that.cheese is no rks.cheese is a sweet skunk compared to real rks.
or is that your point?

Iv gotta say the only time iv had bud as good as my own is wen ghetto & wil sent me bits and one time i got some chocolope x og18 from a friend who sells.

The skunk wee used to get as lads was really dank skunky.not sweet.i dont think it was cheese.i dont think peopl even knew what cheese was years ago outside certain circles.
but im not sure if it really was that dank or was it just coz i didnt have alot of experience with skunks or any decent weed really.all we got was haah or seeded crap weed that wasnt even buds.i think we got the shit they had made the hash from after it had been seived.lol.pure roached.

When cheese first hit the scene near me it was an exceptional standout from the crowd plant. all the cheese i see nowadays are just watered down versions of that strain. I hear that cheese is very hard to breed with, it might pass its characteristics on to 1 in 100 seeds. Ive seen loads of supposed cheese crosses that were nothing like cheese. Im thinking paradise seeds cheese and sweet cheese by sweet seeds. Both were decent but NOTHING like real cheese. I would class the exodus in that as well.

Also we all know that cheese is a skunk number one that has suffered from positive genetic drift. I have grown sk1 about 8 years ago and i could definitely see similarities in structure and formation.

yeah roadkill skunk has the name for that very reason, its supposed to smell like a dead skunk that got run over n left out in the sun for a few days rotting lol, makes quite a lot of ppl sick just smelling it in a bag

Rokerijj`s Cheeses are supposed to be the closest to the clone onlies but ive never personally tasted them
