Just trying to stay healthy mate since I've started this office job I'm a lazy cunt I sit at a desk all day, I can feel my body getting stiff and sore which I've never had in 15 years of working physical jobs. Never really been to a gym before so signed up with a mate and started last night, it's made me realize how unfit I really am. That and my mate dying recently of a heart attack at 31 made me think I don't wanna leave my kids without a dad cos I'm unhealthy. I already smoke and drink too much so might as well try and compensate by working out lol

a very dirty bacon double cheese burger. These bearded tattooed types sell it out of an industrial unit, have to queue for 45 minutes, place is rammed. Best burger I've ever had. They make their own pickles and everything, amazing.
