I've had this thing in the back of my throat for a while now it goes on and off feels like there's a bit of food at the back of my throat everytime I swallow, it's so fucking annoying..so I did some googleing I can't remember what it's called but it's suppose to be pretty common and they don't know what causes it! I know what you're experiencing since I get that shit after cycling when I'm dehydrated (might also be just a feeling) or from fear of height. Like it's explained drinking sometines helps. It comes and goes and sometimes drives me nuts, almost paranoid, as I get a feeling I'm swallowing my own tongue.
