@Ecompost what are the differences in these shogun products bro are they really the same as the higher end competitors but more concentrated and seems half the price I've just been looking at a few of there products and there real well priced and super strong im really tempted to try a run on a small room and see how it compares
yeah I looked at them mate, they look OK, some good things I hear. I use my own mate, i would tho right. Ours are all highly concentrated, eg 1L makes 1000L of solution. So a bit stronger than Shogun but i aint got the marketing budget they have access too :-)

The things I'm interested the most from shogun is the root stim and boost Β£200 for 10 ltr is a real good price and the dose is half but seems a little too good to be true and same with the root stim I thought if there's a guy that could tell me about the active ingredients in them in comparison to the others it would be u lol how's things anyway bro has your work load slowed yet ?

I dont use root stims mate, i use Mycorrhizal fungi which create root stims themselves all day everyday, plus they defend against pathogens, pollutants and drought etc from pissing my plants off. 100g will provide root cover for 100 plants, eg 1g per plant is plenty, if you get it on from seed or cut, you never need to reapply it and can use less than 1g.
I also have K+AMINO, this is rich in Phtyo hormones as well as having 32 aerobic spores per g dry weight. It is rich in Trichoderma among other filament type fungus and yeasts which boost growth and ISR, including trapping root knot nematodes and other soft bodies insects and larvae.

Root stims are chemicals Natural or not) to attract root fungus, I dont need to attract what i already have :)

So what would u recommend for pythium ?

Not to defend against but to kill it once it's already started

I'd also like to know. Didn't know what to get to prevent in dwc, was looking for hydrogaurd but couldn't get it in UK so ended up going with Dutch masters zone

House and Garden is the most effective that I've ever come across but it comes with a big ticket hopefully eco got a better 1 :)

well I dont get because I use root mycos, but if i had it I might try Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma mate. K+AMINO has both and Pseudomonas and Trichoderma in very high levels and both are contained in Root Better

U got root rot?
Lost a room about 6 week ago to it in a iws im not there all the time so when I got there a few of em were looking un happy so I went and got the shit for it got back to it the day after and they was critical then it was like pissing in the wind they was only a few week in veg so I thought fuck it I had replacement ready and pulled it

The reason ya got root rot is cuz ur pots are stayin wet too long cuz ur usin big pots w small plants.
Try lettin ur plants gett "root bound" haha
It was hydro mate if it was in soil I would have seen the symptoms a lot quicker and been able to get what I needed where I needed it 24/7 it was a iws flood and drain

regular checking of your P.H helps you spot the onset of root rot in hydro. if it starts dropping off add some h202 to your tank, leave it for 24 hours, do a tank change the next day and all will be good. And obviously cool tank temps and good aeration of the root zone are essential.
