After last nights conversation I just dropped a ton on a new bulb for my epap. It must have needed it because it feels a lot brighter in there.

White LEDs have almost full spectrum peaking at red and blue wavelength depending of CCT. They do lack green spectrum but that doesn't add much to PAR does it
