nice mate. This is a recipe I've cooked for years, vietnamese beef stew, it tastes of lemongrass, slight bit of chili, sugar, beef just falls apart its amazing.

i like it with plain rice, i put carrots and pak choi in at the end too. It's awesome the next day in a soup too
