I was referring to the sound system, my tv's still on the smaller side by today's standards. I bought it about a year before the prices dropped like crazy so, I paid like $1200 for a 42". Paying so much, I refuse to upgrade while it still works and has a nice picture, even if I would like to have a bigger one.
(That's what she said.)

No, never seen that one.
It's the same guy who does lock stock and snatch :)

He's good enough to be doing Madonna ;)
In the `80's that would've been something to brag about. These days, ehhh... not so much.

Take ur Mushrooms then watch the home entertainment sysrem, something crazy like fantasia or avatar or something, that would be mint,76
It was fairly recently that I was looking at the Blu-ray in the movie cabinet thinking it had been a really long time since I watched Avatar, sounds like a good idea.

@Ecompost why cant you understand that not everyone is like you , that doesnt make them stupid. Not everyone is interested in the science behind things , that doesnt mean there dumb as you seem to of implied in your post above ......
People have had allotments for years and have grown fruit and veg to feed the masses , most those people would not be able to tell you how a plant grows at a molecular level .... does that mean they just get lucky every time they grow anything .... nope.
MOST farmers and gardeners in general do not look into things as deep as you , that doesnt make them wrong or stupid .... if you want to research then fine but doesnt mean we all do man ....... go start your own thread if you feel so passionate about it all , most of us really dont care about the science as much as you ..... growing is as hard as you make it ... imo you make it over complicated but each to there own .... not trying to offend , just seems you dont seem to realise this thread is a banter thread not a science thread ....
ok dude, some people equally like science but cant access it, just as I got to the first few words in to this post you wrote here, which i think its the most you've ever said, then I blanked and didn't bother to read on, because as you say, I am not really interested in the content, your opinion is not relevant to me, guess what, you can do the same to me.
HAHAHHA most people on allotments are growing my way, they just dont know about soil life because no one has likely told them, or exposed them to the realities of microscopic organisms and the role they play. They like you, imagine its your skill that grows um and pay no mind to the evolutionary workforce that are the real stars of your garden

Hmm i can very rarely work out wot your tryin to say at the best of times since u refuse to speak normal everyday run of the mill english like the rest of us so im not 100% certain but i get the strange feeling your trying to offend me.
if i wanted to offend you, i would really say, hey Bee, I think you are a prick. Since I havent done this at any point, I think we might say I hope not to offend you. I am not trying to, merely suggesting that our failure to spend time reading the small print, is the thing that often leads to us scratching our arses when things go wrong. I prefer to try to have a path out of wrong if possible, so I try to understand why my plant suddenly yellowed out so I can avoid it in the future, by not doing the extra grow in the media, or by adjusting my program so i can continue to reuse the media and have a health plant, that the end of it. If you all got offended because I tried to explain this, well big shit to me, like I care? no I dont...I can fix what went wrong with my plant in reused coco, this is all that maters

and whats more, I can share this data with other people because i spent the time learning the facts of the problem and understanding things like the Nitrogen cycle. Why because i care, do i care that you dont? No I could not give a shit mate. If I can help someone else that has a similar issue this is positive. I can help them now because i underastand what went wrong, I have repeatable science, not some BS well my plant did this when I went boo ....like most of the growing advice we get

that states that worm castings increases the ability of soil to retain water but earlier you said thats not the case?
no I didnt, I said I doubt it holds as much water as peat, you are making up my posts now?

lol yes go ahead, irrigate your peat...you know it makes sense. If the program is get more water, so more nutes in, worm cast is better, more microbes = more mineralisation, more microbes equals higher CEC, but as you prefer of course :-)
