I've been thinking of repackaging brillo pads as Candy floss for transformers ;)

I do feel for you I got badly burnt last year I remember getting out of bed but my back sticking to the bed ;)

I found aftersun from the chemist worked quite well

Try 2 paracetamol if you have a fever (Ibuprofen also works) they really do make a big difference with sore throats and shakes and shivers.

As an American you might want to add some Valium, Xanax and Oxycontin ground to a powder and snort it ;)

I just took some ibuprofen. PASS on the other shit.....i been down that road b4. 4 yrs clean and aint looked back since.

cup of cooled boiling water half a lemon and 2 tea spoons of the best organic honey you can get , drink that with 2 ibuprofen and get ya head down for a hour or 2 that should sort ya , if it doesnt then cook the spiciest meal you can handle ..... sweat that mofo out
