They're the same size as fungus gnats...

I don't currently have a crop going (just got new clones yesterday), but i've noticed some new bugs flying around my house. They about the size of fungus gnats, but they seem to be just a little faster (maybe a tad fatter too). Fungus gnats i can reach out and grab midair, these things even seem to avoid my claps. Any suggestions? I noticed that a ton of them got inside a day-old jamba-juice container, perhaps fruit flies? If they are fruit flies, should i worry?

I'm thinking fruit flies, but honestly they all look pretty much the same to me, even with my glasses on, without magnification. I don't know if you should worry, but they'd bug me. Do you have fruit that's not screened, perchance?
