thickness of purging vessal

I was looking at some at 22 and 20 gu. . Was wondering if you guys know what the thickness is of what you are using. I just could not pull the trigger on an oven for as little as I would use it. I want to make a lot because I can only have 1 harvest per year. The tropics would just destroy something that just sits around. JK

Again I thank you for that info,I have spent too many hours reading the posts their looking for bits of wisdom. I will look at the math in the first link when my mind clears a bit. The reason I started this I have been looking at some 10,15,and 20 gal ss 303 pots. The 15 gal there is about $150 dif between 20 and 22 gu. If I did not need that extra bit i could use the money to upgrade a vac and temp guage. JK
