buddy sent over some pics and is concerned, I'm relatively sure these are herms, but just wanted to double check. does it look like it's already too late?

Indeed, if it was his only plant and he really wanted to run the risk, you could flower it and pick the sacks off, but one always slips by and you'll end up with seedy bud and a lower yield since it was busy throwing male flowers instead of buds. I assume its part of a larger room tho, so definatly yank it and continue on. Otherwise he'd run the risk of that thing pollinating the entire crop.

I'd let it pollinate and hope for fem beans.
