Sure it was a bold statement but you know what I have not been one to blow my own trumpet for the longest time, and right now the buds I grew outdoors have gotten serious praise all over humboldt with people thinking they were indoor, and the best indoor at that. So fuck it, I am fed up with the way things are and so I am pulling my one ace out of my sleeve. Tired of being lowballed by sleazy fat dispensary owners who want to make over 100% markup and make more from months of my work than I would see from it.

And is somebody serious, there is a place in california where people won't go straight for purple like flies to shit? Because that seems to be the way things are. I just showed some gear to a dispensary owner and he was like yeaaaaa whatever I have the best ever, check this out. . . and shows me a jar of purple beasters.

All you really have to do is jump on weedtracker and check club menues. All the clubs in the bay have multiple purples on their topshelf. If you check the club menus in socal you'll be lucky to see a purp on the topshelf menu,,,at best gdp??? I was vending for yrs,,,so many road trips to my folks in arcata and then back down. It doesnt make sense anymore because so many people grow out here now. Theres really only a 100% markup on low to mid grades. The OG's for the most party, if grown right, are hustled as exotics so the ticket is usually anywhere between a rack to two racks over any midgrade. That includes any purps sold down here in socal. Its hard to vend now a days because clubs have started and or funded their own grows instead of buying from vendors.

The housing market in the SFV is pretty down right now. You can BUY a three bedroom spot in the mid 300's. If you go a little farther like sylmar or even valencia your most likely able to find something closer to 300.

We are road tripping to nor cal for 4 day valentine weekend to shop property in the shasta foothills and kalamoth river valley.

I am moving out of that very area right now fabman so I have to tell you. Shasta area could not be any more fundamental religious, farm hick territory. It is literally sickening the lack of cohesiveness up here, and good vibes. This is Texas, CA. Meth and church are the only things anyone cares about. BEAUTIFUL country with the best scenery north of Tahoe. But the people are zombies.

yea man, you want a good area to be in? then go to the grass valley/nevada city area north of sacramento. the scene here is huuuuuge. its so beautiful up in the mountains, you'll see snow every year though, so some arent down with that. housing is much cheaper then anywhere else in california, and its a very herb driven mountain town. really good vibes north of sacramento. and theres plenty of clubs to vend to within a few hours in any direction.

all this talk about cali man i fucking love california but i just couldnt afford to live there i grew up in/all over l.a. county if you like to party l.a. is da place to be just way to overcrowded my gf worked by the staples center it took me 45-2 hour to get her to work sometimes picking her up was a diffrent story 15 min its riddiculous so a good thing to consider is to find a place close to where you work and near by shooping and groceries gas/ trasportation costs can get riddiculous

yeah im not to worried about slinging weed to clubs and such. i have just about 50k in equity in my condo now. i live in one of the few places real estate still does good. Im a good bartender/bar manager i worked 6 years in a restaurant with a constant 2 hour wait no lie. My only draw back now is i have a record for a marijuana convictions.

As far as prices go im thinking that range and fixing it up as time goes by. i have already flipped 2 house out here on the east coast. I know they are probably more grow conscious out there then here on the east coast. so its probably harder to hide it there.

edit: on a sidenote casey ca has some nice homes its up north a buddy of mine got a 4 bed room 3 bath with around 400k
not sure what your needs are but im sure you could find something affordable up there.
everyones so live up there, i was kinda getting tired of hearing "hella" every 2 seconds though

It's easy to forgive and forget if you are NOT IMPACTED by discrimination...Im just saying. I would just appreciate it if other people would say something, because there is a growing ANTI MEXICAN attitude in public and I'm seeing subtle signs of it on the various canna forums. :passingjoint:

i dont think you guys should get to bent out of shape. the comment was probably made out of ignorance. i doubt the guy knows many mexicans personaly. i moved to la from canada alone when i was 18 no freinds or family. the only people i really met at the time are mexican and south american. everyone of them made me feel like part of the family. i was always getting invited to family functions with them. some people dont like what they dont understand. its his problem not yours shouldnt let it affect you to much imo.

I grew up in a place where I was teased for being who I am. I understand. Please don't misunderstand what I was saying. It always sucks. I hear you :)

Its easier to feel sorry for their ignorance, than to get angry. Rise above it:cool0019: <---- (NOT RACIAL!)

Don't mistake the Anti Cartel sentiment with anti Mexican sentiment. Lots of people all around are fed up with Mexican Politicians and Cartels, but most Mexican are good people. Like most people of any ethnicity. :) Most being the key word, yes?

Pretty wack statement ROCK.

You can get a house around 3 in concord I believe, not too far from SF and oakland. If you planning on moving out to grow/work you should be ok, IF its just to grow, I think your late to the party. Weed is about to start being sold for free around here
