thinking about moving to montana

Thinking about moving to montana what is the best area to purchase land 20 acres or more. I looked online a little but 20 acres is 2.2mil . Is montana the new new york city of real estate . I prefer to stay away from the cold canadian winters. What area is warm and cheap cost of living. I am married with 4 kids so small house don't work . whatd like to get land and build a house

Land is cheap in eastern MT, but that side of the state is flat/ugly/rural and good pot is scarce.
The western side of the state is gorgeous and flooded with super dank. But land is hella expensive.

I would suggest you move to either Billings or Bozeman... Billings is a lot cheaper to live in and we get some pretty good bud here for relatively cheap (50/eighth or less). I need to move to Bozeman though... my friend is harvesting a plant every week :banana1sv6:
