THIRD WEEK IN TO VEG. WHIT PROBLEMS

hi..

Plants are in 3 week of vegi stage.
Normal soil water ph whit nutrition 6.4. Humidity ap 50 to 60%. Temp. Is from 77 up to 80°F. Co2 level ap 800.
Pls. Look at pictures, what's seems to be a problem if there is even one?

Kinda looks like what happens to mine if I screw up my co2 and poison them a little..not saying that's it..just what mine do..they wilt for no other reason..I discharge my air then they perk back up...

I think that can be only 3 think
1- to much water
2- bad fresh air circulation
3- some lock up?
