They have awoken from their extended rest period lol... lookin fresh and perky ladies.

Also I've decided that I'm not going to top these at all. Letting them go Au-natural, though I may give a little haircut depending on how much space opens up when I pull out the dudes. Otherwise, gonna just let them do their thing for observation purposes... The side branching on both strains so far looks extremely strong so I dont see it being an issue at all.

that is some nice branching there. I have a hash berry cough that did the same for me this year, not until flower did the canopy start to have different heights

Clones look great, perked right up. So healthy they almost look fake plastic.. I have to say I think I like this fertilizer. The plants have been very healthy on it so far. Garlic breath's leaves are getting weirdly big. This strain is coming out of left field.. I was very excited for the BMS but the garlic breath which was a freebie bonus pack is dominating the room so far. Really cool, the bud development on each will be the true test. But I'm rooting for this GB! It's such a dominant Alpha plant.

I get scale like that too from my well water. Definitely scary, when you see it from the corner of your eye.

Pollen from the Forbidden zkittlez Bx1 male is collected, that plant was one out of 5 FZ males I had and it turned out massive with huge dense clusters of pods. I think it's going to be quite the stud. I just might use some on a branch of the BMS bx1 as well as making some F2's of the FZ.

Its drying in a box on parchment over rice for a few days now, I'll put it into a little glass vial, them vacuum seal that and store it in isopropyl alcohol in the freezer.

Quite a bit of pollen shook out of this one top. For anyone curious, ai collected it in a large ziploc. I used an unscented dryer sheet to remove the static first then just slid the bag over the male top, flipped it upside down and shook it like crazy lol. Then separated out the green flowers. Worked really well.

With the plants blowing loads like that, you should call the offspring Bukkake Zkittlez.

Have you used this storage technique before? If so, how long has it lasted?

No, this is new to me. But apparently it can stay viable up to a year this way. It just has to be dry before I freeze it. And the Alcohol is just so that when I remove it from the freezer it warms up very slowly preventing any condensation in the vial.
