Does anyone here know of or able to rent me a house with an unfinished basement anywhere in Colorado? Preferably in Boulder or Longmont. I want to find a landlord that I dont have to worry snooping around.

I am looking to stay within legal plant count limits (18 flowering 18 vegging, 5 patients plus myself).

Any tips?

I always search CL with 'unfinished basement' and look for the posting that is the worst.
Chances are if they put that little effort into their ad, they will match that effort on the property.
Byproduct is you usually end up in a fucked up house that takes a little work to make it liveable at your own expense.
But cheaper IMO than a nosy landlord who will make you move shit mid-cycle for an 'inspection'.
We all know how I feel about inspections.
