Those 2 main stems are really the problem. The rest might have enough room. You might get away with tying those two to opposite tent poles and let them fight their way back to the light. It will be hard to make a sharp bend under the scrog now that they're getting woody, and the first scrog went in too soon imo. Again, if it were me I would super crop those two. It seems scary and counterintuitive at first but it's a great technique to have in your bag. I've done it hundreds of times and can't ever remember loosing a bud, even when I first started. If you do mess it up, duct tape fixes it every time. It definitely gave me a lot of insight and confidence with the plants too. I have a bunch of old examples in my threads if your interested.
