This is my grow setup

And that sprout is to 2 weeks and a few days. Am I don't something wrong. Shouldn't my plant be bigger.

yes they should be a lot bigger, 2 weeks right? the light may be to much. can you turn it down.

I don't think turning the light down will amount to much. "Burple" grow lights were the "thing" when they first hit the market. Most people I know are using full spectrum white light sources whether it's HID or LED .... The burples will grow plants but slower growing, smaller plants are common when compared to other lighting sources.
