Three leaved growth

Hello, my plants have been generally really healthy, but today I noticed my plants new growth have only one or two leaves. Is this a serious issue and if so, how can i fix it?

I have 4 chicken heat lamps that i have modified into some grow lights and they each have 120 watt 1400 lumen bulbs. Plus i have 4 timers all set to turn off intermittently within a half hour of eachother and i havent had this problem until recently
