Thrip control

Wanted to share what worked this last week for me I don't know if anyone has thrip issues but I just effectively got rid of the bastards pretty easy in UC compared to other methods of growing..... Raised wAter level to mid basket ran h202 at 3ml a gal and sprayed sm-90 on remaining basket every 6hrs during on cycle... After 18hrs lowered level to bottom of basket for 8hrs then re raised so it upper root zone did not get issues then did sprays again on 2nd day then re lowered level to normal... then sprayed once a day for 3days
.... There are no signs of em at all been 1 week since

Nice one, thrips can be an utter pain in the proverbial.

We find a good flush and thorough spraying with full strength compost tea gets rid of them pretty quickly too.

I'm sure I read somewhere that something in the worm castings attacks their exoskeleton.
