thrips or nats?

hi everyone. first timer here. I found this little worm last night.wasnt sure what it I. sprayed with montery garden spray today.will again in 2 or 3 days.thanx for looking.

Caterpillar, its gonna die cuz of the Monterey. U outside or inside?

im inside. got 4 in soil .6 in hydro buckets. found this on munching on a leaf in a soil bucket. haven't seen anymore. thanx

damn I never saw bud worms in a tent yet. Bud worms are just caterpillar which is a larva of the harmless common small white moths you see flying around outside which is a pain in the ass for outdoor growing but I assume it wouldnt be such a big problem in a indoor tent especially is you sprayed the monterey which contains spinosad.
