I think they do, but I've never seen one. I would like one. Probably kind of expensive.

Some multi zone irrigation timers can do that and are not that expensive.JK

A PLC with a digital timer can give you hundreds of timing options. Not only for lights, but 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 pumps can be controlled with a PLC. Different inputs can be selected and multiple timing programs can be ran. Find a sparky and tell him what you need, it's easy to build a multi output multifunctional timers.
