I was just wondering, how people would think this would work just for a starters, i have a 4'wide 3'tall 1'6"deep with one 18"inch flouresent light and one 24" flouresent light would this work just to start the plants till mid april? would it be fine if i was to leave the lights on 24/7? please answer my questions:)

Personally volcom when I first started growing I used tube lights and kept them on 24/7 until the vegatation stage was over. Then I used LEDS for flowering. To answer your question though Yes you can leave them on 24/7 they dont draw much power. You might not get the satisfied results as you would with a metal halide or hps though.

That seems like a perfect setup for seedlings. If possible, go get yourself 3 T8 shoplight fixtures (should cost you $60 total...maybe less). You can easily run 20-30 seedlings in dixie cups.
