Tiny white bugs in my soil

There’s these tiny white bugs in my soil and I don’t know what they are. It’s my first grow and I’m worried over my seedlings health

It’s still a seedling about 2 weeks old so I’m still using ph adjusted water and about 10% perlite. I cant get a picture of the bugs but I can try to. Ps my grow is indoors

I have those webs on my soil and the vid was the best I could do to get a pic of the bug
