I have seen some really weird stuff. Mostly with veggy seeds though as I hatch about 1000x more of those. Once had a sunflower that had fused cotyledons and the growth tip split the stem right below the cotys and grew out of the side of the stem.

I smoked weed before, the odd puff here and there, and pretty much always had an oz or more of either hash or weed (sometimes other stuff) at my domain for company.

So if you get right up in the cotys and very gently pinch you can very easily get it off. Gingerly, I can see the membrane still I there

Sometimes the seed casing will leave a thin layer of tissue fusing leaves, i personally reccomend keeping an easily serializable scalpel around for when that happens. I prefer a scalpel for the percision, ive accidentally broken seedlings a few times using my sausage fingers. If you are a big guy like i am (6'4" 200) you def want to use a scalpel. Just slice through the transparent tissue and itll open up, leave it fused too long and the cotyledons will start to form dark spots and get infections. Sometimes theyll grow through it, but not usually if that happens. Your seedling is already starting to have some cotyledon tissue die, i would definitely pop that transparent tissue asap if you want that seedling to make it

I just saved a totally fused seedling this grow with some surgery, it wasnt just the this casing tissue holding it together, the actual cotyledons were fused together, i sliced em open, treated the slices with ground cinnamon, and she went right along about her business

Im in the southeast. Im multiple thousands of miles away from anywhere these things are supposed to be. He almost got my dog man, i dont feel like babysitting a dog with a flying bullet ant sting that attracts more flying bullet ants.
