Only difference I see in specs is Titan' minimum on time is 10 seconds, Caps is 1 second.

Reliability, durability, ease of use are not listed in specs

Both cost about the same.

Will be used for watering my 4x4 tent garden

I picked the art-dne after looking at all the products like it in the NGW catalog.
I plug it into an analog 24 hr timer.
The good one, with the captive trippers.
That way it irrigates during the day cycle.

I am pretty impressed with the cycle timer for the price. I like it a lot so far.

Id go with the titan. Its made by grozone in canada and their gear is solid. CAP has been having serious quality problems as of late.

You know, I have heard the same thing.
I went through and tightened all the screws inside my lighting controller from CAP. One was straight up loose.

I did take a really close look at my art-dne before purchasing.

I think deacon's recommendation is probably pretty solid.
