Anyways had a friend of a friend relay it back to me that my shit "doesn't smoke" now I welcome open criticism, (maybe he didn't like the effects, nit potent enough, lacking flavor, maybe I fucked up somewhere etc) but he straight up said it didn't get him high at all... I just learned the meaning of flower growing and the work and patience that goes hand in hand. Hello my people!! So I hope this is not some sorta sign or some shit but unfortunately I noticed some super tiny flys hovering and crawling atop the soil in a few of my seedling solo cups. I used the same batch of soil for all 22 of em so if it Aphids or fungus gnats or whatever it is most likely all over every cup,harassing my innocent children!! What is the best way to deal with this since they are so so young!=( Some haven't even broke surface yet so any unnatural treatment will, i feel, hurt or kill the lil guys. Since they are all outside and the very last thing I wanna do is bring some shit like that inside, whats my best course of action?? Last cycle I was blessed enough to not even have a hint of a bug! I was thinking maybe let them get big enough to transplant and then transplant them all and while doing so try to carefully rinse all the dirt off the roots of each and place them clean in new soil...will this work? Please anybody with ideas of whats the best plan for me, i am all ears!!!

Fungus gnats are apart of growing bro. If ur outside so is a multitude of other insects. Keep ur bennies up in ur medium to keep ur roots healthy and robust. Top dress with some de reapplying after every water. Spray and water with spinosad. Get some mosquito dunks or microbe lift mc or gnatrol and just don't sweat them man. Nothing u can do about them outside especially.

I learned about gnatrol from these guys. Little fuckers were everywhere. Used gnatrol and they were gone like that. I'm starting to use it weekly to keep them in check. Thanks T

Appreciate guys, well really it's closer to 1 outta 30 guys now who gave me honest feed back 1 of them a grower.. I agree with ya guys, sounds like a hater just to get his cred up, he has a wanting to be "the guy", if ain't from him or his peeps then it ain't good, funny bc they get the scraps of norcal tweaker weed... I know last run wasn't the best but still a solid 9 on my scale. I take pride in my work, it's not just work or a hobby; like most of us, it's a burning passion, a lifestyle, I would put up my shit against anybody, well maybe not online growers lol .

If you go back and look at my last pics, he was smokin on my whitefirealien, he had the nerve to say it looked like mids haha, my units stink so bad they need to be jarred, sealed and toted when moving it round... Dude needs to get his senses checked.. He was talking shit on my glue too last time, when I know for certain it was blowing his block out, and all his homies confided that it was some the best they've ever seen (benefits of livin in the black market-endless ego stroking lol)

Anyways rant over, I was just pissy since my nerve damage was flaring up and I didn't get my smoke of the day at that moment.

Heya. The Pheno on the left of the ligher (in pic) yielded 50 and the pheno on the right of the lighter yielded 56. Since I'm still running experiments with various things......these were given only base nutes. No additives, microbes, bennies etc. (NPK was appx. 127 - 70 - 215).

Pheno on the left, I believe, went to the "darkside" and is higher in CBD. Pheno on right is a keeper!!!

they have a grow and bloom pack ive seen great results. But if you really want a burn deficiency worry free soil try the clackamas coot mix str8 cruise control outside of vegamatrix pretty much all I use these days. Wormpower worm castings and/or good compost.Kelp meal neem cake crab meal oyster shell flour gypsum and basalt. Coconut water fulvic acid and aloe powder waterings every other water and your on cruise control. And you can use the same pot of soil for years cut one plant out and replant another works perfect.

Do you run no-til? I'm also on an organic program, in beds, but not no-til. I recycle my soil and reamend certain inputs after each harvest.

I'm very interested in the no-til method, but the buds just don't impress me. I'm skeptical of any grow style that promotes a single avenue of nutrition. Whether salts or shits and microbes, it seems to me that any "one size fits all" approach to cannabis nutrition never equates to fine cannabis. Even with custom soil blends, each plant thrives given different ratios of inputs.

I thought of trying notil out, but the buds I've smoked which were produced in this manner have not so far been very impressive. Good resin, but flowers are not fully developed, and the buds mostly look alike, rather than any unique phenotypic expression. Flavors are obviously much better than conventional methods, but certainly not any better than other organic programs of fully amended soil. And strangely, only one strain out of 5 I've tried burned clean and had full flavor through the bowl.

T kinda hit it on the head there if your outdoors that's just a part of life and usually has no adverse effects on the plants. However there are a few other things that have not been mentioned, and since you said nothing they will absorb I can recommend from my indoor experience sand dose the trick sometimes but is hard to keep on top the soil as well as being messy but it does work then my personal favorite you could always get a bag of NatNix from i believe the company is called grow stone whom make it it's not too expensive and works fairly well inside had one person come in and buy it for an outdoor garden that had knats, slugs and blue Jays doing damage to his garden being that he was the first outside grower I had use it I told him if it doesn't work come back and I'll give you a refund just bring pictures before and after application haven't seen him since last year soooo....... Worth a shot?

in my experience man Ive tried 75% of chemical nutrients ive done coco hydro and soil. Ive done subcools super soil. And ive used roots organics bottled nutes and vegamatrix bottled nutes. The best taste ive gotten and easiest to grow healthiest plants ive gotten has come from vegamatrix and no till soil mix.

Lamberts canadian sphagnum peat moss from home depot $12 for a 3.8 bale. And for aeration I use the vigoro red lava rock from home depot $6 per cu ft. @Lazerus00
