Dismal are u still wandering the globe? Glad to see u. Pick up 3 products. Ful power pure protien and whatever silica u want. Tablespoon of ful power teaspoon or two pure protien and 1 ml of silica. I promise u will see a difference. In saying that no harm in not foliage feeding either. To each his own. I've got the earthy herbal maybe pine citrus smell on most of the widows. But I've also got one that is like sniffing mangos when I open the jar...intresting very heady high.
