how do you METRC the herb that's entered out of the whole "seed to sale " tracking? you can't, legally. high times would have to purchase it off the shelves then redistribute (technicaly illegal) to the judges.
basically the web of (over) regulation is starting to overlap with pre-existing events. (YES there was 1 or 2 htcc's in denver before the passing/implementation of 1284). the complicated regulations are not providing an avenue to do what the cannabis community has always come together to do.
