Take a peek a homebrew420 thread. In the 315 it's the closest spectrum to the Sun and most useable light for indoor growing. Its amazing. So is there more blue yes but there is more of everything. With me the proof is in the pudding and those boys at 14er holistic rip it every time and they use 315 cmh set ups.

I have one time but had no clue about genetic makeup or anything like that. I just so happened to work on a walnut farm one summer they would plant black walnut trees because they grow a much better root system than English but taste like shit and every five years they cope them down and we would go out and paint white shit all over the stumps come back the next day drill a small hole with a hole saw take a special knife and slightly slice outward from two angles makeing a v shape drop in the cutting of an English walnut with hormones and put the plug back in fill the gap with red clay. Well needless to say I attempted this on one of my girls with a slightly different method and it worked out ok was real hard to get going but once it did seemed to take fine I had no clue what I was actually doing just new that's what we did at work and I wanted to grow a cutting of my buddies pp but didn't have room for another plant. So i gave this a whirl This was like 13-14 years ago so I am guessing this is not wise for cannabis or the method has changed all together not to mention this was when I had like a year under the lights at best and back then we didn't have all this crazy shit we do today or places like this to learn about how to.

Grafting or graftage is a horticultural technique whereby tissues from one plant are inserted into those of another so that the two sets of vascular tissues may join together. This vascular joining is called inosculation.

Nope hasn't changed, sounds and looks the same to me as I remember it the picture of the tree is how I did my plant and a mixture of the two pictures is what we did with the trees. Meaning we would only slice the side of the cutting into a corner shape and not make a v at the bottom and put the plug in to hold it in place Just imagine the small sapling root as a giant stump about the size of a basketball and the green plastic is what was cut with the hole saw. This is Pretty awesome stuff thanks @Lazerus00 just gave me something to do for a while to get outa the mundanes of autopilot growing. You have me curious about the genetic drift as well could we even possibly make some crazy new way to cross breed if feminized long after graph I bet it would not be the same as any normal cross.

@buttercream sounds good bro. Is ur ssp from tipz? I also grow ssp. Have 1 in bloom right now. Fucking beautiful plant. Just want to make sure we r growing the same ssp. Never know these days. Lol. Kens GDP x ss haze from I forgot. Have the info someplace.

Just tossing up a pic of my Deathstar. She is now out of her funk and I'll be transplanting her tonight. She will be in amended soil and will become a giant mother. Sorry for the crappy pic. I have 2 more clones to grab. Maybe 3 then that's it. No more cuts. All seed pheno hunting for a while. @seafour put it in my head a while ago. Its time to find some new elites. I've got some pretty fire gear and I've got to find some new ladies. Sorry for the double. To the bro who gifted this lady thanks man. Its been fun getting her back to normal and will be even more fun getting her nice and full. Respect bro.

It doesn't do anything from what I understand. Except I suppose it would be cool to have an og branch in a haze plant. Lol. It would still be og kush though.

Keep mother and veg #1 under a 4' multi bulb T-5
veg #2 under a 400 or 600, probably 10-15 gallon pot size min. Grow 'em multi-topped, short broad canopy
2 in flower under 600's or 1k's
Nice big plant like that should net you 8 zips minimum.
If you get a 8-9 week strain, that would let you pull every 4-4.5 weeks
Go OG style, figure 10 weeks. So you'd pull every 5 weeks
Either way gives ya about 2 zips a week;)

I wouldn't worry about room for "cloning". I'd just 'air layer' a branch of the mother.
Then when you're ready to harvest/rotate plants you'd have a clone already rooted and ready.
I'm no lawyer but, I'd think the 'air layered' plant wouldn't count as a 'plant' because it's still attached and
supported by the mother

What is this "air layering" u speak of? Is it when you wrap a the stem on mother plant with a medium like floral moss and rooting compound. Then keep medium moist till it roots? I've used this technique on a house plant in the past ?

You say you would have two plants in flower. Would you stagger them by a couple weeks in the flower tent ?
