How can one not be? It's a riot!

I remember when the show first started & it was all the kerfuffle about how Bart was disrespectful to his parents & this is going to destroy teen values...it was a big deal for quite a few news cycles. I guess that goes to show how random, exacerbated, & out of touch our news can be.

Case in point, on the Daily Show last night with Trevor Noah (I'm a big Daily Show fan too. Love Jon Stewart to death. Trevor Noah is killing it too) & they were talking about how Isis is a $100,000,000 a year "company." They are so big, they are minting their own currency, with World Trade Center emblems on it.

I don't know how much all of you follow the news, but I just heard about Isis fairly recently. I would say it had to be less than a year. I actually think it's more like 8 months, even that being liberal.

You don't go from a rogue faction to being one of the wealthiest "companies", & people, on earth in whatever amount of time the news has been covering them.

So what happened? Was our news just not covering it? (If memory serves I don't think they were) If not, why? Did they just not know? I find that doubtful.

It's probably more because the Kardashians were more important to "the news" while Isis was making it's ascent. Everyone who says that capitalism works in every venue is not paying attention. It obviously doesn't work for actual, important, relevant news delivery. I know more about Kanye West & Beyonce than I do about what is going on in the rest of the world.

Who wants to give their opinion? 4 315CMHs or 4 Platinum LED P300s? Both have perfect spectrun low wattage and low heat. From what I understand Platinum LEDs have slightly better PAR numbers. Anybody ever try LEDs and CMHs?

The News is way better comedy.... they show you all these wonderfully false images of crying women and children when the majority of Syrian "refugees" are the fighting age cowards who refuse to fight for their own freedom....

My gawddamned truck took another shit on me... the 40 year old wiring is gettin brittle and breaking randomly.... first, it was the wipers... last year or so I gotta pop the hood and rattle wires to get the windscreen wipers on... then the dash went to shit... my rpm's are always jumping around with no logical connection to what the engine is doing... then the odometer error'ed out to kilometers and the mileage is now simply reflected by the word "ERROR"... and now.... no signal between key and starter somewhere.... I mean key goes in, lights come on, and when you turn the key.... silence.... no click... no dimming the interior lights... nothing...

...been lookin round and I'm thinkin bout grabbin a soccer mom van.... found a real good deal... gonna have kinfolk drag it up the mountain to me from Texas.

on another note, I have 4 Halo Elite F2's and 5 Catpiss x Moontang standin this mornin...

Made some Arcadian Kelp paste today!!! I made one small jar of just kelp paste and one small jar of 85%kelp 15%Alfalfa
Brewing a nice lil tea for my girls that are finishing up! Did the chop on one of my big girls and the other big one and my smaller one are prolly gonna go another 2 maybe 3 weeks. I just hope mother nature and her weather don't fuck me and gimme mold or something. I already had to move them around on my deck and slid them under the protection of a huge maple tree that shades a 3rd of my deck bc it has been raining for 2 days and is supposed to continue until next tue or weds! FML! All i can do is hope for the best!

Trump = success.... throughout his career... from turning his daddys 1.5 million into 10 billion, to the 60 successful businesses everyone ignores to point at 4 bankruptcies... none of which did he personally own more than 20% of.

It would be great to flip the powers that exist to the side and start over, giving us pesants a chance...
Trump is the best chance we've had to that end in a very very long time... unlike Ross Perot, he has both the money and the name recognition... Would he be the best? maybe not, but he is not owned by Sheldon Adelson or the Koch's or George Soros, thats for sure....
