To Chop or To Wait

The place I got this bean says around 63 days for flowering. Currently in week 10 of flower so I definitely went over that. I see some amber trichomes, but not sure if I should wait to see more, Here are some pictures. Strain is called Runtz de Frutas. It didn't come out like the display picture, but the smell and frost is still there.
