to much light or not enough?

i thought when the leaves start pointing up like this it's from to much light, but now people are saying it wants more light.
LUX was about 30,000, temp and humidity are fine.
18/6 in FFOF
47 days in soil and looking fine otherwise.
don't want to push them to hard but also don't want them slacking off either, my employee's do enough of that already
lol

looks like its about at the limit now. Looks to me like the leaf edges are barely starting to stress.
 
Pointing up is praying and seeking light.
Tacoing is leaf curling in and seeking relief from light.
Praying does not always mean they need more light, just they are reaching for it.
 
I'm using Grove lights 600 luminous 40 W per Shelf is that enough the light look at my pictures
