To schwazz or not to schwazzz.

I've got 2 Kritikal Bilbos. Both the same age. One is doing fantastic as you can see from the first two photos. The other, I'm a little concerned about. The one I'm concerned about is really leafy and appears to be choking out the bud sites as you can see as well. I'm really leaning towards giving it a good haircut. Any suggestions? I know there's a fierce debate in whether to trim or not. But I feel that it does need a cut. The last picture shows the plant in questions flowering stage from a lower branch.
