I’ve got 6 outdoor plants 3 weeks into flower showing no signs of WPM or insect invasion. A few plants have pretty dense canopies that I’ve been trying to thin out but are still a bit thick. The drought and heat in New England this summer has really helped keep things green and happy and it looks like this trend will continue for at least the next two weeks. I have both BT (for caterpillars) and Purecrop1 (for WPM) that I dealt with minor amounts last year but no sign of things this year. I’m wondering if I should use either or both of them for preemptive protection or just let plants grow until I see a problem. Hope any outdoor growers who’ve sprayed in the past can give opinions.
